The Executive Management at ARFIN plays a central role in shaping and advancing our corporate governance framework. Comprising a dynamic team of a CEO, Deputy CEO, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and five members on the Board, all outlined by the firm's Charter, this leadership ensemble is pivotal to our strategic direction and operational efficiency.

 

The CEO serves as the primary representative of the firm, overseeing the implementation of Board decisions, organizing workflow, and holding authority over employee appointments and dismissals. Its directive role extends to conducting and managing the firm's overall activities.

 

The Board of Directors, in tandem with the CEO, significantly contributes to the firm's governance structure. It’s responsible for drafting resolutions, ensuring their meticulous execution, and reviewing comprehensive reports provided by internal audits and external inspections. The Board makes decisions based on this information, ensuring transparency and accountability.
