Dear customer, Your rights can be protected both by court order and through the mediator of the financial system.

If you go to court, the dispute between you and "Arfin" UVC LLC (hereinafter - the Company) will be resolved by the court. You can appeal to the court at any stage of the complaint investigation. The Court's decision cannot be reviewed by the Financial System Conciliator

In case of applying to the financial system mediator, the dispute between you and the Company is resolved by the Mediator in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the Republic of Armenia on <<Financial System Mediator>>.
Financial system ombudsman services are FREE. If you have a complaint, you should first of all contact the Company. The Company is obliged to respond to your complaint within 10 working days. After receiving the answer in 10 days or, if you have not received an answer, without it, you can contact the conciliator of the financial system.
The mediator of the financial system cannot examine your complaint if: 1. 10 working days have not passed since the complaint was submitted to the Company.
2. You do not request monetary or other property compensation, the compensation you request exceeds 10 million drams (or the equivalent amount in foreign currency).
3. More than six months have passed since receiving the company's response,
4. The action or omission you are complaining about took place before August 2, 2008. Please also note that the Financial System Conciliator cannot consider your complaint if it is being examined by a court (or arbitration tribunal) or is already pending. the court's (or arbitral tribunal's) decision on the complaint.

You can also appeal to the Central Bank with complaints. Please be informed that the Central Bank has no authority to resolve disputes between you and the Company, but may apply liability measures against the Company if it is found that the Company has violated the requirements of the law.
